We were surprised to find a package available that can be totally independent of our existing system. The time and money we have saved by integrating the Oyster package with our EXOR system has been enormous. The TMA has presented everyone else with   problem, not us.

We spent 18 months looking for a product that would organise our projects provide timescales and address resource and forward planning difficulties. None of the major players like Exor, Symology or SBS had a suitable solution. Finally, we discovered about the Oyster Package that at first glance appeared to provide the solution for planning all our works orders. There was no other suitably advanced product on the market.

When we first installed it we found it required very little training to become accustomed to it. It was so easy to use that some of the Agents and Managers took to it without asking any questions. We also discovered it did a lot more than just planning, by producing the facilities to evaluate all works orders estimate cost and provide "hot costing", financial reports, and request for extension of time plus invoicing. The package increase the productivity of our managers saving the at least 2 hours a day from mundane data entries.

When we received the upgraded in January 2006 to address the Traffic Management Act, it became the complete package. I am impressed with the package and the level of service we have received from Oyster since installation.

What other package that you know can forward plan between 200 -500 projects a week and still not confuse you. The global view of all these projects on one screen is the key to its success. 

The oyster package is simply the best product on the market that I have seen for the planning of term maintenance contracts.

After years of using a labour intensive manual system and spending hours trying to plan all our works orders, it was a great relief to find a computer system that reduced the desk work and eliminated the duplication of data entries. As manager and not a technophobe it was even better that the package was so easy to use even I could us it. 

As far as I am aware the Oyster - Master Plan system combined with a mobile solution is the only solution in London that is working well. Oyster has provided us with solution that works the way we do and not one we have to work around. I am pleased they were able to provide us with a cost effective solution.
