With part 4 of the Act being released in spring 2006 requiring authorities and utilities to register their works with tighter regulations, it is time to stop hiding your head in the sand. Oyster Technology working in partnership with Ringway/LCR group and Lincolnshire County Council has developed a software package that addresses the challenge; making multi project planning simple and communicating the frequent changes electronically to the registration system.

The package has not been designed to replace any asset management or street registration system but to enhance and work in harmony with them providing a method to organise and plan resources and integrate the information back to the originator system. The simple but effect way it handles the data within a graphical structure makes resource management more efficient.

Now Oyster has arrived with a solution that is not dependant on any other system used, as it will integrate with client and contractor systems, acting as a portal for not only planning and resource management, but order tracking, bill of quantities and hot costing.
This package will reduce the certain risk of overstay that could incur charges.
